Let's say here that The Comedian didn't die, and helped Rorschach's search for justice. Knowing the truth they fight Ozymandias, together to stop the deaths of 3 million people.

The Comedian didn't seem to be treat as a powerhouse amongst the Watchmen and Ozymandias was capable of casually beating Rorschach and Night Owl together, so adding him wouldn't make too much of a difference with what strength feat Ozymandias already displayed being far above that of the other regular human Watchmen.

Ozymandias kinda beat the shit outta Comedian at the begining of the story, so throwing him in the middle to help two guys who were getting trounced wouldn't change much.
