Around 2400 to me. Enough to easily vaporize a Saibaiman but still fairly distanced from 2800.

Hmm I think that around 3000 or so. Piccolo seemed surprised Nappa took no damage and even wondered if he's immortal upon negating the attack. Do you think the Masenko needs to be > the Kikoho?

Definitely. Nappa tanked the Kikoho without damage but had to punch back Gohan's blast. He was aware of how powerful the Masenko was and chose to punch it instead of tanking it.

It seems Nappa was taken by surprise by the Kikoho though. Nappa's reaction when the Kikoho was about to hit him was also rather abrasive.

But yeah, it's a hard call. I could maybe place the Kikoho at 2700

Or maybe lower Piccolo a little to 2200 and place the Kikoho at 2500. After all, it seems 18k Vegeta could seriously damage a Kaioken 16k Goku if he went all out on his blast and 2200 vs 2500 is da same gap.

2200 and 2500 are my exact numbers.

I'm not sure what you're getting at with your Goku/Vegeta example. It seems pretty obvious that the Kikoho would seriously damage Piccolo.

I'm saying that Goku would be seriously damaged if not killed by Vegeta's blast (and Vegeta said he went easy on the blast) when the difference was 88/100, so 2200/2500, being the same overall gap, should work with Piccolo being seriously fucked up or killed by the Kikoho.
