Apple can be about 2,200-2,500 with no contradictions. Even if he was that strong, he does not have the skill to compete with Tenshinhan.

Even if I were to place Appule as superior in power, I don't see him taking this. One Taiyoken + Kikoho and he's as dead as the rest of the fodder soldiers.

Considering a good number of Frieza's men were beaten by Namekians who had power of 3,000 he can't be too tough. Frieza's best men besides the Ginyu Force were Zarbon and Dodoria and they were worlds above the standard Frieza grunt which is honestly where I place Appule.
