Since I am a prodigy debater.. I am gonna make DBZ arcs analysis... I will start here with the first one, the Saiyan Saga...

Raditz Arrival

The saga starts off with Raditz's arrival on Earth... Upon arriving on Earth, he meets a farmer..

Chapter: 195 (DBZ 1), P5.3
Raditz: “Battle power…only five, huh?...Miserable trash…â€￾

The farmer's battle power is 5.. Raditz ficks him away with ease

Lol, this part was actually pretty much a joke.. To move to the serious now

Chapter: 195 (DBZ 1), P10.2
Raditz: “"Oh, battle power 322. So there are guys like this here too? But naturally, you're no match for me..."

Raditz meets Piccolo who is said to be at 322 with his weights... Raditz tanks his blast

Chapter: 195 (DBZ 1), P13.2-5
Raditz: “There’s another large power…! It’s big…The greatest on this world...This time it has to be Kakarot!â€￾

Raditz then detects Goku and says he is the strongest on Earth, he then reads Goku's power as 334 which is a little bit ahead of Piccolo

Chapter: 199 (DBZ 5), P5.2-5
Raditz: “One... two... Battle powers 322 and 334!! One is the same battle power as Kakarot."

Raditz then easily beat Goku with one kick

Then Piccolo and Goku arrive to fight Raditz and their power is said to rise after removing their clothes

Raditz: “Hmm?! His battle power increased to 408...!"

Context: said after Goku removes his weights
Raditz: “Kakarot is 416...!â€￾

Raditz: “Don’t make me laugh! To think that you’d try and face me with that level of power! This is what it means to not know your place!â€￾

Though Raditz still says he is much stronger

Context: said as Goku charges up the Kamehameha.
Raditz: “Impossible!!! His battle power is rising!!! Battle power 924...!!!â€￾
Raditz: “He…He can raise his battle power by concentrating it into a single point!!!â€￾

Goku then launches a KHH at Raditz who blocks it pretty handily.. It's battle power is said to be 924 but Raditz blocking it makes him stronger

Context: said as Piccolo charges up the Makankosappo.
Raditz: “Th-this one's battle power is 1,020...30...!!! Un-unbelievable!!!! It's still rising!!!!
Raditz: “Battle power 1,330...!!!! He's gathered a-all of his battle power into his fingertips...!!!!â€￾

Piccolo's Makkankosapo's stated to be at 1,330, Raditz claims it's enough to have defeated him if it hit him head on which means the attack is stronger than him

Then Gohan rushes in and hits Raditz, weakening him to the point where even injured Goku can hold him off.. It was also stated before that Gohan was 710 when he was in the space ship which is higher than Goku and Piccolo at FP...

Chapter: 203 (DBZ 8), P4.1, P8.3, P9.4
Context: Gohan gets extremely mad as Raditz torments Goku, powering up, but this power goes away quickly
Raditz: “Ba…ba…battle power 1,307?! [ ] N... now his battle power is only 1. It... it completely changes with his em... emotions…[ ] Only a child?! You’re joking! The brat has a higher battle power than you! I’ll kill him now, while he still doesn’t know how to use it properly…!â€￾

Gohan's power is 1,307 when he hit Raditz which makes him almost as strong as Piccolo's Makkankosappo though after the hit, he is said to be at 1

To determine Raditz's strength, I know the Daizenshuu says he is 1,500 but Nappa says that the Saibamen rival Raditz and they were 1,200... Now a 1.25x gao is a big gap and not rivalling... Unless you say 8k rivals 10k, Raditz can't be 1,500.. Alsom the fact Piccolo's Makkankosapo which was 1,330 could of beaten Raditz and Gohan who was 1,307 seriously damaged him proves he can't be 1,500... I put him at 1,250...

Raditz states Gohan's strike weakened him by much so let's say he got twices weaker which would make his power at 625

Then Piccolo beats both Raditz and Goku with the Makankosappo, though it's battle power was never said in the Manga, the Anime states it's 1,485

Gohan goes Oozaru in the woods and Piccolo says his power is incredible.. That must make him at least ahead of Raditz.. though Gohan's power was just 1 and Oozaru is 10x base, it's impossible to have Gohan at 10 bcause it's too weak.. It's possible that it's 10x his crying state in the spaceship making his power at 7,100

Goku: “Beating that incredible guy…You’re really strong! [to God] Maybe I oughta be trained by him!!â€￾
God: “Lower your voice, idiot! Don’t let Lord Enma hear you! Lord Kaio’s the stronger of the two anyway.â€￾

Goku arrives on the otherworld and meets Enma Daio who says he beat Raditz... Kami sama says that Kaio sama is stronger than Enma anyway...

Chapter: 211 (DBZ 17), P2.6-7, P3.1
Context: talking to Goku about the great training on his planet
Kaio: “Of course, that still doesn’t mean you’re going to win against them. Those two Saiyans heading for Earth are terrifyingly strong. Matter of fact, they’re stronger than me! [ ] So to beat them, you’ll have to outdo me at the very least!â€￾

Kaio states that Nappa and Vegeta are stronger than him though... Nappa's resting state should be higher than Kaio sama then... Raditz vs the Z senshi is said in the Daizenshuu to be 4,000 meaning his suppressed state is lower.. Likely 3,000

So I put Kaio sama at 2,500 and Enma Daioat 1,850

Kame-sennin: “I’m guessing Yamcha!!â€￾

Bulma checks the humans power and they are put as Tenshinhan > Krillin > Yamcha > Roshi

Chaotzu's power is not stated but considering the fact Roshi mentions in the 23rd budokai that they all surpassed him, Chaotzu should be stronger than Roshi but weaker than Yamcha.... I have him at 152.. Yajirobe is never measured but considering the fact he was strong enough to fight 22nd budokai Goku and even stronger in the end of DB, he is likely around the same level as Chaotzu

Kami then states that the humans surpassed him which means they were weaker than him before

Battle with Nappa and Vegeta

8. Saibaimen [#SA2#BAI]
Chapter: 215 (DBZ 21), P1.3
Context: after Tenshinhan beats a Saibaiman
Nappa: “"Im-impossible...!! The Saibaiman's battle power is 1,200...!! Going just by power, he rivals Raditz...!!"
Vegeta: “So [Tenshinhan]'s battle power surpasses that. A simple calculation.â€￾

Saibamen are said to be at 1,200 and rivalling Raidtz who is slightly stronger... Tenshinhan easily beats one of them in two hits... The Daizenshuu says his power is 1,830 which is the same as Enma Daio IMO

Chapter: 215 (DBZ 21), P10.4
Context: after seeming to beat the Saibaiman
Yamcha: “These monsters don’t seem as strong as you guys think. I’ll take care of the remaining 4 by myself…â€￾

Then Yamcha fights one of them and they seem to fight evenly but Yamcha has the clear edge... He beats the Saibaman and even claims he would defeat the rest.. Though, he underestimated them and got blown away.. The Daizenshuu says he is 1,480

Krillin then gets mad and shows his full power whic is enough to destroy the Saibamen.. The Daizenshuu lists him at 1,770 which is almost as strong as Tenshinhan...

Chaotzu never had any feats or a fight but we know he is weaker than Yamcha... The Daizenshuu puts him at 610... I thinks it's low but I have no problem with it.. The Daizenshuu also states Yajirobe is 970... I would switch betwen Chaotzu and Yajirobe but I have no problem with it

Piccolo then grabs a Saibaman and one shots him to the point of Tenshinhan being scared of the thought to face Piccolo.. Piccolo is much stronger than Tenshinhan

Piccolo: “Be confident, Gohan. If you put your mind to it, your power surpasses mine.â€￾

Piccolo states that Gohan at full strength is stronger than him.. Gohan's Masenko is said to be at 2,800 and it's clearly ahead of Piccolo as Nappa even said it stung him

Chapter: 223 (DBZ 29), P8.1-3, P10.4
Context: Vegeta was astonished at how the Earthlings could raise their powers. This time it was through Gohan’s Masenko attack.
Kuririn: “Is that G…Goku’s son…!? Wh…what an incredible ki…!!!â€￾
Vegeta: “Battle power 2,800...!!! So they really do drastically change their battle powers!!â€￾
Nappa: “2,800, eh?!!â€￾
*Nappa blocks the attack*
Vegeta: “His power dropped all the way down. It seems he used it all up just now.â€￾

I would put Piccolo at 2,500 which is as strong as Kaio sama.. Piccolo is not 3,500.. He is weaker than Initial Nappa and can't be close to Nappa at his powered up state...

Chapter: 214 (DBZ 20), P4.3-5
Nappa: “981... 1,220... 1,083... Idiots! Do you really plan on defying us with that level of battle power...?!"
Vegeta: “These people change their battle power in response to the fight. Those figures can't be relied upon any more.â€￾

Gohan's suppressed state is said to be at 981.. Since Gohan on Namek is 1,500 and stronger than he was on Earth, I would say his full power was 1,300 which is the same as his enraged state vs Raditz and Piccolo unlocked his power through training

Then Nappa makes a power up which makes the Earth shake... He easily beats Tenshinhan and amazes Piccolo with his power.. Piccolo and Krillin then fight him but they are no match for him.. Nappa's power in the Daizenshuu is said to be 4,000 which is what he used vs the Z fighters

Context: after Nappa isn’t injured by Tenshinhan’s Kikoho
Piccolo: “He-he’s a damn monster…â€￾

Tenshinhan then fires his Kikoho which shatters Nappa's armor but he didn't get damaged... He says Tenshinhan scared him though and Piccolo was shocked that Nappa was fine... That means the blast would of destroyed Piccolo... The Kikoho is higher than the Masenko IMO and at 3,200

Then Goku arrives and he is said to be at 5,000 which makes Nappa afraid

Nappa: “5,000?! That’s impossible! It has to be a mistake.â€￾
Vegeta: “It’s truly an unthinkable figure for the old Kakarot. What’s more, the people here are able to alter their figures…So 5,000 could just be his minimum.â€￾

Goku then powers up and his power is said to be over 8,000 which I put at 8,100

Context: as Goku powers up
Vegeta: “"Battle power 7,000... 8,000...!! Impossible...!!!"
Nappa: “Ve-Vegeta…How high has Kakarot’s battle power become?!â€￾
Vegeta: “Over 8,000.â€￾
Nappa: “Over 8,000?! It’s a mistake! It’s broken!â€￾

Goku then easily beats Nappa who loses his head but then calms down and powers up to max power... At his full power he is able to trade blows with Goku and keep up with him.. Though Goku blocks his Kappa with a quick KHH.. Goku had a slight advantage but Nappa clearly rivalled him

Chapter: 226 (DBZ 32), P7.4, P8.1-4
Context: after Goku deflects Nappa's mouth blast
Vegeta: “Unbelievable!! To instantly deflect it at that short of a distance!â€￾
Goku: “Phew. If I had taken that one head on, I’d have been in trouble!!â€￾
Nappa: It…It can’t be!!! That was my…my best technique!!! He…He just bounced it off!!â€￾
Goku: “He really is a tough bastard! Even though he should have been hit a little bit by my Kamehameha!! At this rate this looks like it will take forever...â€￾

Goku even claims it will take forever to beat Nappa.. I put Nappa at 7,500

Goku then fights Vegeta and uses Kaioken which doubles his power which is not enough to beat him meaning Vegeta is greater than 16,200... In the Namek Arc, it's stated Vegeta was 18,000

Chapter: 249 (DBZ 55), P3.2-6, P4.1-2
Context: Freeza, Zarbon and Dodoria discuss Vegeta’s battle power as he powers up against Kui. Zarbon’s scouter had exploded.
Zarbon: "I... I think it's a malfunction, but... My scouter was set on Vegeta, and as the figures surpassed twe... 22,000..."
Dodoria: “It’s definitely a malfunction! Your scouter’s an old model, after all. I’ll check out the correct figure off mine…â€￾
Zarbon: “What’s the figure…?â€￾
Dodoria: "Th... that's impossible... Is my new model malfunctioning too...?! It's risen to up to twe... 24,000... !!"
Zarbon: "24,000...?! Are you saying it's higher than o... our own battle powers...?!"
Dodoria: "Th... this can't be...!! H... his battle power was barely 18,000..."
Freeza: “That shouldn’t be a surprise. It’s all because Vegeta’s been ceaselessly fighting on the front lines. Perhaps he’s caught on to something new on Earth. It’s merely 24,000. That’s a figure that you two would be more than able to win against if you fought together, is it not? Fufufu…â€￾

Goku then uses Kaioken x3 and easily defeats Vegeta who admits Goku surpassed him.. Vegeta got a beatdown and decided to blow up the Earth with his Galick Gun.. Goku's power while using Kaioken x3 is over 24,000

Chapter: 231 (DBZ 37), P4.2/P6.2/P12.5
Context: Vegeta prepares to fire the Gyarikku-Ho
Vegeta: “Dodge this if you can!!!! Even if you save yourself, the Earth will be smashed to pieces!!!!! [ ] You’ll never block my Gyarikku-Ho…!!!! Turn to space dust together with the Earth!!!!!â€￾
Goku: “x4!!!!!â€￾ *he uses the Kaio-ken x4*

The beam seems to be equal.. KHH doesn't increase the user's power when he uses Kaioken so Vegeta's Galick Gun should be equal to Kaioken x3 Goku as Goku uses Kaioken x4 to beat Vegeta's blast... Kaioken x4 Goku should be over 32,000

Vegeta then is shown beaten and weakened.. He likely got weaker after the beatdown.. I put him at 12,000

Vegeta states that Oozaru is 10x base as we know... That would make him at 90,000 as Oozaru as it's backed up by Goku who says he would not beat him even if he uses Kaioken x5 which would make him over 40,000

After Vegeta goes back to normal.. His power is said to get even much lower.. I put it 2x weaker than before making him at 4,500... Goku says Gohan can hold him off though and Gohan seemed to be able to hold his own due to his rage boost.. I put enraged Gohan at that point at 3,200

Krillin then uses the Genki Dama which was much weaker than before but stil strong enough to take on Vegeta the way he was... Vegeta then gets hit but survives

Vegeta: “You’ve damaged me qu…quite a lot. But I still have enough power left to take care of you pieces of trash!â€￾

He says he got damaged a lot which would make him even much weaker again and 2x weaker than before which would make him 2,250 IMO... Remember Krillin and Gohan were also injured and not at full power...

Gohan was injured so he should be much weaker.. His Oozaru power would be about 4,000 as Vegeta implies that without the Geni Dama, he would be able to take on Gohan

About Raditz Saga, the numbers are really packed into a tight space, that's why i preferred to fanfic them a
little. Look at my relevant thread at PL section. As for the rest:
-Oozaru Gohan doesn't have to be stronger than Raditz to impress Piccolo.
-Who says King Kai was talking about Saiyans' resting state? He was the overseer of the galaxy and he had
never seen them in action?
-2800 was Gohan's blast, not his normal power, so Piccolo must be further from 2800 than what you state.
-KHH not increasing power when combined with Kaioken is a huge assumption of yours. We don't know how
much either Goku or Vegeta had got weakened by the time of the beam struggle. Also, we don't know whether
Gallick Gun is a stronger technique than KHH.
-Why is Gohan's rage boost greater when he fights Vegeta?

Gohan caught him off guard and Nappa never though he would attack him so he doesn't need to be strong.. I would say he was 2,000 at that point as he is weaker than his Masenko

And the anime is being dumb right there. It makes no sense that he'd be capable of producing a blast stronger than his first after losing a good chunk of his chi, unless he held back a bunch when making his first, which is also nonsensical.

No real problem with most of everything else (I ended up skimming a lot of it due to length), though you didn't really justify why you thought Kikoho > Masenko.

He might know about Frieza and not the Saiyans because frankly, Frieza is more important and powerful in the galactic scale of things.

As for 4, Gohan's chi raised because he had been angry for a longer amount of time. To be frank, it's because plot. But Gohan it's entirely possible that Gohan's enraged powers fluctuate like the tides. He beat the pulp out of both 2nd and 3rd form Frieza's. If he used the power he had for 3rd form Frieza the first time against his 2nd form, things would be over most likely. That and it's pretty safe to assume that Vegeta had been severely weakened by that point, so even if Gohan was at 2,800 again, that might give Vegeta a run for his money.
