Depends on how strong Doomsday is and if Diana can get her gauntlets/shield up in time to block one of Goku's ki attacks.

Is WW capable destroying a city level or like an Earth level something that Goku could do? If not then Goku wins IMO.

He snaps her in half. She is around city level at best, while this version of Goku is more like at planet busting levels.

At best, Wonder Woman is Country level with MHS+ speed via-scaling. 23rd TB Goku would make an excellent match, but BoZ Goku or any higher is complete overkill.
