Netero stated that Leorio's physical strength was slightly above that of Bodoro, a veteran martial artist, so Leorio wins pretty easily. Both are brawlers, but Leorio overall has a more combat suited body due to his experiences.

If assuming reori0's gains from the exams were minimal he wins with utter ease. If assuming Leorio was during the first phase he has more difficulty, but still wins due to more experience than a high school brawler.
