Part 1 Sasuke is far closer to a knockoff of Kurapika from Hunter X Hunter, if anything.
Shippuden Sasuke is basically an edgier version of Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho (even confirmed by Kishimoto as a main inspiration for his character).
Boruto Sasuke is just a poor man's Saiyan Arc Piccolo.
