I'm inclined to say Kaiba takes this. I don't remember much Joey's deck during the KCGP aside from him using more of his Landstar cards and still relying too much on lady luck until she snubbed him causing his downfall to Zigfried. I feel like this will be the same as their match in Battle City match.
