For real though, I don't know what smoothie can actually do so I'd say Boa wins by spamming slave arrow or something.

Since I don't think Smoothie would be affected by Hancock's beauty (only random womans seem to be), I think her status as a Sweet General plus her bounty surpassing Cracker possibly indicating she is the 2nd strongest Sweet General Commander to be enough to place her even above Doflamingo. Whilst we don't have a solid placement for Hancock, her feat of one-shotting the Pacifistas would only require her to be at post TS G2 Luffy, as a Jet Pistol from him was already enough to fodderize a Pacifista, so I'd say Hancock is lagging considerably behind here.

I think Smoothie would win pretty handily, although it may be possible for Hancock to manage something with her Akuma no Mi, dunno.

Bounty means nothing but hype and her status doesn't mean much when all of Big Mom's children beyond the top 3 seem to be below Jimbei/Gear 2nd Luffy, who I'd say Hancock is likely above based on her taking down far more Pacifista than G2 Luffy has been shown to be capable of beating.

It's true that bounty many times doesn't mean much behind status, but in this case there's nothing implying their bounty isn't kept consistent to their strength. On the contrary, we know Katakuri is the strongest one and the one who holds the highest bounty, whereas the one who was defeated by Urouge is the weakest one besides possessing the lowest bounty (600,000,000), so their bounties in this case seem to be congruent with their fighting abilities, with it serving as an indication for Smoothie being > Cracker, specially when this latter was the first one to be defeated by Luffy.

If Luffy could oneshot a Pacifista with a Jet Pistol, I think he'd have no problems in quickly replicating such feat when facing many of them. But even if Hancock is > G2 Luffy, there's still a rather big gap between G2 and Doflamingo ~ Cracker's tier, as not even Gear Third was shown to be efficient against those. So Hancock could still be placed conaiderably above G2 and still comfortably behind such tier, specially when a quote from Aokiji (IIRC) implied Doflamingo holds more power than the empress.
