Both have comparable strength, but Cap has far greater reactions from consistently dodging bullets and Ultron's sentries as well as keeping up with characters such as Mark 46 Iron Man. His shield can also damage characters far more durable than Raimi-Verse Spider-Man such as Ultron and Cap also has the advantage in actual combat experience/training. Needless to say, Steve takes this.

If this was End of Infinity War/Endgame Cap, then it'd be an absolute slaughter since he was somewhat relevant to Thanos and could keep up with him in a fight.

You think it's fair to say we've got more impressive strength feats from Spidey (not counting IW/Endgame)? In SM2, we have him holding back the out of control train as well as holding up part of the building before it falls onto Mary Jane. Add the black suit and he should be even stronger, plus his increased durability and stamina.

My biggest concern would be Cap figuring out how to create high pitched sounds using his shield. Aside from that I kind of think Spidey has a chance.

I'd say that's arguable. Cap did throw Ultron through a concrete pillar with far less effort than either of those suits from Spidey and could've beaten MCU Spider-Man with ease if he wanted according to Tony, the former of whom stopped a plane with effort and intensity comparable to the iconic train scene from Spider-Man 2. Cap would also scale to Mark 46 Iron Man from their fight in Civil War, which should be far stronger and more durable than the Mark 1 suit that sent Iron Monger Obadiah through several buildings.

I'd say the reason Spider-Man lost to cap in Civil War was mostly due to gap in experience. Cap is a experience soldier with years of experience and training compared to MCU peter who is inexperience and likely doesnt have much experience fighting other superhumans compared to Cap. As for Op. Id give it to Black Spiderman.
