Did the entire universe gave their ki to Goku while forming the Spirit Bomb? And the Afterlife as well?

Wasn't the universe, just the revived earthling, Namekians and Goku's other friends (ogres, kaioshits)

Only GT featured a universal Genki Dama to my recollection.

In the Saiyan arc, Goku draws power from the Earth's vegetation and from the sun but not the people.

On Namek, he does the same thing except also the planets surrounding Namek as well, hence why its bigger.

Against Boo, he's taking power from every person on Earth (so billions of people), likely the vegetation of the Kai homeworld and the few hundred Namekian's as well.

The humans are quite strong as they made the Spirit Bomb strong enough to beat Boo and strong enough to make Cell god tier compare to Piccolo.

I don't even know how that can work since the Boo arc has him explicitly need consent from sentient people to get their energy. In the manga, he just gets the energy from the environment of Earth and the animals, there's no people giving him any strength.

He can get miniscule amounts of energy according to :Krillin stating he took ki from the wildlife and the ocean and whatnot as well as the three of them watching the Freeza battle. He just can't take enough to completely exhaust them like he did when they raise their hands

I always justified that inconsistency with the spirit bomb that hit Vegeta being diluted by Krillin and Gohan.
