I could see SSJ3 Gohan being equal to or just a little weaker than Fat Buu so he be able to beat Skinny Buu as long as he doesn't get absorbed or hit with a Candy Beam.

Pure Evil Boo stomps due to infinite stamina, better techniques and the drain SS3 has on a user's stamina. Even if we give Gohan no stamina loss, I'd still say losing.

Really? How? Majin Boo was in the same league as SSj3 Goku, Gohan doesn't hold a candle to Goku or Vegeta in the Boo Saga pre-Ultimate.
