Goku can beat this variation, but he'd lose to FP Super Boo (disregarding the BOG haxes).

I See SSj3 Goku winning this , SSj2 Goku might be a bit of a fight , but SSj3 gets stomped by FP Super Boo IMO

Under these constraints, Goku takes it without too much trouble. FP Evil Boo beats him though, unless DBS gives an insight into Goku losing his God Ki (since pre-God SS3 Goku > Ultimate Gohan in DBS).
