SS4 Goku (ToP) VS Hakaishin Toppo

From all the talk of Limit Breaking that's been surrounding Ultra Instinct and SS4 drawing a Saiyan's power to it's natural limit, it's clear that UI >> SS4. However, what do you consider Goku's natural limit to be, at least for now? Is the power he's displayed in Kaioken after using UI, as well as that displayed by Vegeta's new form, within their natural limits or beyond them? How will he fare against an opponent above the likes of his post-UI KKx20 Blue self?

Scenario:
- Goku is aware of Toppo's Hakai.
- Both in character.
- ToP rules. Fight takes place in the ToP ring.
- No Ryu-Ken for Galu.

If Goku loses, have him face Current Hit. If Goku wins, have SSJ Kefla fight alongside Toppo.

SSJ4 has shown a lot more durability, stability, and dependability as a form, so Galu has that going for him. I think he could compete very well, assuming the form brings him anywhere near his current level. If I had to pick a decisive winner, I pick Toppo, but Galu doesn't go down easy. Don't see him passing Hit though, unless Galu can stack Kaioken on top of SSJ4 like he does in Super.
