Anime-wise, each of his forms should be 10x stronger than at the U6 tournament based on the rematch with Hit, so he gets up to Round 4 and gets stomped.

What do you have as the multiplier between God and Blue? You don't think Galu has at least improved enough that his current God form could outlast FnF Blue Galu for example?

Manga-wise, just a 1.25x boost. I don't see a reason for a huge gap between them when such isn't shown beyond bursts and a 20% lead can be a game changer comparing it to other gaps in the series such as KKx2 Galu VS 18k Vegeta. I don't see much of a reason for Goku to make made such a significant growth between the FnF Arc and ToP of the manga, given his gains from the Rosat were never made too apparent and whatever gains he made afterwards would obviously be less than that.

Considering SSG Vegeta could still react to SSR Black and later portions such as the Merged Zamasu fight and ToP Vegeta still being at best equal to a Galu that had been slacking off slightly, I'd say any more would be pushing it.

CC probably goes with the idea that the characters don't get stronger, they just hone their transformations and skills. I subscribe to that idea too.

I go with them getting somewhat stronger when the story implies it, such as Goku and Vegeta's 3 years in the Rosat and Goku saying Vegeta had gotten better at the start of the Future Trunks Arc, but minimally so.

I gave up trying to figure out multipliers when SSJ2 Vegeta stomped SSJ Goku Black. I might go back one day.

Anime Goku wins easily, that's how greatly he powered up. Dunno about his manga version though.
