Probably not completely, since it seemed to be implied even Initial Jiren wouldn't shrug it off completely, though I can't see Vegeta gaining more than just some dust and clothing damage, essentially nothing greater than #18 taking Vegeta's BBA.

I don't think he could punch or push it away. It'd hurt him, but if he can survive his own final explosion and keep fighting then he should be mostly OK after the GD.

I don't see an issue with it. If post Vegeta fought KKx20 Blue he'd probably corner Galu only to have him pull out UI or MUI. It'd end badly then.
