Goku and Vegeta are Boo arc version. Can they take Cell?

Cell doesn't have to be 1.5x stronger than Gohan.

FP Cell: 150
SSJ Goku: 135
SSJ Kid Gohan: 120

I have the difference between CG Goku and Gohan vs. Cell to be rather large. Imo Goku only doubled his power in those 7 years of training.

I go by a 4x SSJ2 multiplier, thus, leaving a lot of space for Cell. I have FP Cell at least 2x stronger than either of them. They don't stand a chance.

Even at full speed, Gohan could still hit Cell.
Unless Cell's full power is way beyond his maximum speed, I don't see him taking this.

There's also in the anime when Cell went to his full power Vegeta said he's speed is incredible from what I remember.

They'd still get wrecked and experience extreme prolapsing, and that's with a 2x Super Saiyan 2 multiplier.

In DBZ Speed and Power don't really go hand in hand. Ex.

The Ginyu Force (Burter, Reacoome, and Jeice) were all equals in Krillin's word yet each of them brought something to the table and Burter brought the speed showing the he was clearly the fastest.

Goku vs. Captain Ginyu. You could say neither was going all out but I give Ginyu the edge on Goku during the fight and Ginyu said Goku was faster than he was.

Cell said he went all out in the speed department vs Gohan yet still had plenty of power in reserve (imo only using half of it for Goku and Gohan).

At the very least I put Gohan 1.1x stronger than Goku but he was still much faster (Nowadays I go with him being 1.25x stronger).
