I have two ways of calculating this.

Base Vegeta (Boo arc): 3,600,000,000
Base Vegetto (Boo arc): 500,000,000,000,000

Method 1
500,000,000,000,000 / (3,600,000,000 + 3,600,000,000) = ~69,500

(18,000 + 8,000) * ~69,500 = ~1,806,000,000


Method 2
500,000,000,000,000 / ((3,600,000,000 + 3,600,000,000)/2) = ~139,000

((18,000 + 8,000/2) * 139,000 = 3,060,000,000

Either way, I only have Namek SS Goku at 400,000,000. Vegetto would win without Kaioken.

Whis states that potara increases power "tens of times over." So Saiyan arc Vegetto would end up in the high 100,000s or low millions by Super logic. :Toei

But Toyotaro also made some good decisions/changes of his own, like AT initially thought that Merged Zamasu shouldn't be able to take on two SSJBs at the same time, but Toyotaro changed that. Good.

I have HUGE multipliers for fusion, and I haven't done the math I haven't done in who knows how long, but if I remember my multipliers correctly than Vegetto takes this without the need for Kaioken.

EDIT: On second thought, Kaioken x2 would be needed, but x3 definitely gets the job done.
