How? 90,000 x 50 = 4,500,000. Is there something in the manga that says Freeza must be weaker than 4,500,000?

As always, i agree with Mike. Nothing in the story suggests Freeza MUST be weaker than 4,500,000. 3rd Form Freeza is at least above 2,000,000, while 4th Form Freeza is said to be far above that level. And let's not forget that it was implied that Vegeta(Post) could defeat 3rd Form Frieza, and yet he was completely thrashed by a Initial 4th Freeza who had only increased his speed.
