Literally all you're mentioning is Goten saying he couldn't get a hit on Gohan (who was frantically defending against them), as opposed to literally everything else pointing to the kids being relevant to him.

It's also worth noting that Goten couldn't land a hit only in their first sparring match. The second sparring match with their auras flared seemed closer than their first sparring match.

Still no evidence provided that Teen Gohan only rivals or is equal to CG Goku, so I'm going to assume Pakl has none, as usual.

Goku stomps imo. I have CG Goku being like 5-10% stronger than Buu Saga Gohan and I have Goten on 50% Goku level Post ROSAT.
