Vegeta said that Kid Gohan is far, far stronger than Teen Gohan. Kid Gohan is not that much stronger than Cell (@Goku), so I don't think Teen Gohan being = Cell(@Goku) works well.

I think Dabra is about as strong as Cell Games Goku... Teen Gohan SSJ is slightly stronger than that.
