We've essentially done this topic before, since it's only slightly different from SS3 Boo Arc Goku VS BoGT Base Goku.

Imo, GT Goku wins without too much trouble. He'd lose to post-Rosat SSJ Gotenks though.

BoGT Base Goku wins IMO. He's around the same level of power as SSj Gotenks (Post-RoSaT) IMO, so he takes care of Pre-RoSaT Gotenks with no problem.

Imo: Goku low-diffs Gotenks here. The latter would need SSJ2 to win this.
