Who wins this fight? Piccolo shares his energy with Vegeta.

I have Vegeta at 65-70% of Goku most of the time, so adding in Piccolo would make him surpass him in my opinion. But it may be strenuous to have someone else's energy unnaturally boost him, in which case he'd need to defeat Goku fast or risk losing due to inferior stamina.

How much energy does Piccolo contribute to Vegeta? If you mean full of his power then Vegeta wins easily, he'll give Kid Gohan a hell of a fight.

Vegeta would end up exactly as strong as Cell @ Goku (in my opinion).

I think this is close. Vegeta ends up with a similar gap to Goku vs Cell, so he should pull out the victory.

Gohan : 132
Cell (vs Goku) : 110
Goku : 100
Cell Junior : 68
Vegeta : 66
Trunks : 64
Piccolo : 55

Vegeta (+Piccolo's energy) : 121

So Vegeta would win.

I don't think he would be stronger than Gohan though. Gohan is basically 2x stronger than Vegeta IMO.
