Yeah, Cabba stomps. He'd win pretty easily with just SSJ, SSJ2 is over kill.

Yeah, thinking about it even just as a regular Super-Saiyan he should be able to win.

I think even Cabba SSJ2 (ToP) slightly surpasses 100% Freezer (ToP), therefore Cabba SSJ2 wins.

Frost gets knocked out. Unluckily for him, Cabba is aware of his poisonous needles, so even a cheap attempt to pierce the Saiyan would most likely end in failure like in the Vegeta vs Frost match.

100% Frost would at best be fairly above SSJ Cabba. SS2 Cabba stomps.

SSJ Cabba is as strong as, if not stronger than 4th form Frost, which is, assuming Frost's final form works the same way as Freeza's, half as strong as his full power at least. Frost would be twice as strong as SSJ Cabba at best.

So...yeah. Frost gets wrecked. And that's not even getting into the stamina issues of this state.

SSJ Cabba wins, let alone SSJ2. If 100% was such a game changer than Frost would have used it to fight in. Obviously the power up isn't worth the stamina drain.
