Goku wins. I don't see his increase as being so dramatic as to have doubled his power, especially when an SSJ tier character like Piccolo still viewed one-shotting Freeza as a huge deal.

Goku superstomps. I don't go with x2 for SSJ2. I don't even have Android Saga SSJ Vegeta twice as strong as Yardrat Goku.

I should have known that everyone has different opinion of SS2 multiplier.

If I went with a 2x multiplier, it could go either way. This Goku would be eqaul to Android arc Goku. But I don't, so Vegeta loses.
