I have no definitive stance on beginning of GT Goku <small>(aside from obviously being much weaker than his M2 self)</small>, so it's hard to say. I'll give the win to Gotenks, I don't think base Goku was that high yet.

Do you really need it spelled out for you? Can you not tell when something is implicitly shown?

The individual Mega Cannon Sigma members are confident in taking on pre-M2 Goku (who they have data on), M2 Goku easily destroys a fusion of the three stronger members.

M2 Goku > Super Mega Cannon Sigma > Mega Cannon Sigma individuals > pre-M2 Goku

That's an excuse. They have data on his power. Even Dr. Myu was confident in their ability to beat pre-M2 Goku even after sensing SS Goku and SS Trunks.

Goku and Oob were even.... If Goku is not stronger then Oob can be > Rild

If the MCS and Dr. Myu for whatever reason isn't enough then how's this. If Goku didn't increase, then Redjic would be stronger than Rild, yet Goku only says that Rild surpasses Boo, not Redjic. Not only that but Goku states Rild is on a completely different level than everyone else they've encountered.

Goku himself even states that Saiyans grow stronger as they fight in one of the later episodes.
