A good chunk above Perfect Cell (full power), but decently below Super Perfect Cell. SSJ2 Teen Gohan was said to be way, way weaker than his kid self, so, him being at Perfect Cell's level doesn't necessarily contradict anything, but I don't see him losing THAT much power. The gap between full power Cell and SSJ2 kid Gohan was pretty massive.

SSJ2 teen Gohan : 70
Super Perfect Cell : 90
SSJ2 kid Gohan : 100

Seems pretty fair to me.

I didn't say it contradicts anything. As long as Gohan is above Cell, I'm fine. I just like to keep a noticeable difference between the two due to Gohan's power still being kinda of a measuring stick in the Boo saga and Goku's confidence that his son would get the job done if he shows everything he got. I'd not put Cell any below 88.
