I'd say, at least as far as the original manga and anime goes, there's a lot more evidence supporting Vegetto >>> Gogeta than the two being comparable. That said, I wouldn't even place SS3 Gogeta above SSJ Vegetto, so Super Oob wins pretty easily, especially with things like the chocolate beam on his side.
