Canon wise, I'd say SSj3 Goku would stomp Gohan pretty bad. Maybe not completely one sided, but Gohan wouldn't be getting many good hits in.

A hypothetical SSj3 CG Goku would be decently weaker, but in my opinion still at least on par with Fat Buu.

Goku would win this unless Gohan got very lucky and Goku's SSj3 crapped out on him.

There is a large gap between SSJ Gohan (CG) and SSJ Goku (CG). Even mayoe gap between Goku SSJ (Boo) and SSJ Goku (CG). For while Gohan SSJ2 (Post Espada Z) rivals Fat Fat Boo Boo and turn around with Goku rivals SSJ3 (Boo).I gohan have SSJ2 (post Espada Z) more powerful than Goku SSJ3 (CG).
