Do we have to believe goku is far weaker because of him being logical on avoiding fighting buu? While buu would probably not give him any time to gather energy and vegeta would probably not serve as a distraction? With the strain on line of a form which he hasn't mastered yet making buu being methodical and analyzing the situation until goku has lost?
No matter how you look at it, goku would always lose, but nothing suggests him being astronomically weaker. After all, there are no fair rules for goku.
Do we have to believe that gogeta needs to go ssj3 to defeat buu? How extremely overhyped buu has to be because of those two statements?
