SSJ3 Gotenks post versus Oob right before his merge with Mr. Boo.

Who wins?

I'm not quite sure about battle power, but if the two are relatively close, then I give this to Oob. He was able to fight on par with Base Goku going all out. I find this to be a more impressive skill feat rather than a power one, but it's where I birth my logic.

So, Gotenks is likely above Oob here. Oob is SSj Gotenks-tier IMO.

I don't bloat GT as much as others do so I have Base Goku (Baby Arc) beneath SSJ3 Gotenks. Super 17 Arc. the tables have turned significantly.

Baby Arc Oob?

Oh, he stomps.

Oob did a better job of fighting Final Form Vegeta-Baby than Goku did. He actually impressed Vegeta-Baby (although he was holding back).

It would make sense that he's at least above SSj Goku (Baby Arc), whose base form would make mince meat out of Gotenks.

Baby saga Oob would slaughter SS3 Gotenks in my opinion. I place him in between SS and SS2 Vegeta, who I think could beat SS3 Gotenks in base.

BoGT Oob however would lose to even Super Saiyan Gotenks.

BoGT Oob is pretty weak in the grand picture, but he trained even harder the whole time Goku was in space, matching and even surpassing Goku's gains IMO. He ended up around Vegeta, I'd say, so Gotenks is toast.

How can you be sure of this part?

Neji, Veise, Rivet, (and Nutt) make up the Super Mega Cannon Sigma, so they're obviously weaker than the combined SMCS as they're just the parts.

Nutt is the weakest of the Mega Cannon Sigma since Rivet wasn't worried about Pan defeating Nutt and said not to put him, Veise, and Neji in the same category as Nutt.

Neji is the Captain of MCS so logically he'd be the strongest.

As for Neji and Veise's power relationship, I just assume they're equal since all we know is they're stronger than Nutt but weaker than Neji.

And finally, as for Nutt being stronger than SS Goku pre-space travels (or BoGT), Gill gave his data on Goku, Pan, and Trunks to the Mega Cannon Sigma (which included Goku's fight against Redjic where he used Super Saiyan), and they were still all confident in taking Goku on. On top of that, Dr. Mu sensed SS Goku and SS Trunks against Lood and still ordered General Rild to send the Mega Cannon Sigma to capture them.

Pyrus also had another quote about Baby getting all of Lood's power which further confirms Goku's increases inbetween Lood and M2 (I'll let him post it, as I don't remember it).

I don't see why not. If someone as weak as Nutt is arguably comparable to Lv.3 Lood, I don't see why Baby can't be stronger.

Oob one-shots imo. For Baby to want to fight him alone and to enjoy it somewhat, Oob would have to be at least far above any of his subordinates, including Gohan.

His character was pretty much wasted, he could've played a better role on later arcs.
