Ssj3 tier power has its own type of Chi?

It seems that once a battle power surpasses Super Saiyan 2 power by a great deal, it takes on a different sort of feeling. It might be the first stepping stone into the realm of Gods, because Goku SSj3 and Vegeta were able to detect something from Beerus and Whis, and this was long before either of them achieved Saiyan God level power.

At least I think so.

Akira Toriyama does not make a note about how Gotenks's Chi changed in feeling, nor did he make a note that it was sensed from the World Of The Kais, so I firmly believe that his Post-Rosat self is only comparable to Innocent Boo's level of power.
