Vegeta has strain but he's use to the form. Who wins?

Rarest Pepe gets wrecked. I don't see a real reason to go with the Paikuhan > SPC route seeing as how the anime still follows SS2 Gohan only being surpassed once Goku used SS2. Paikuhan will take a few hits, seeing as how he took a Super Kaioken attack of which's power I'd place as more or less equal to this Vegeta, but Vegeta will be able to do a lot more than one hit before his stamina wears down.

If SSJ2/SSJ3 boosts are applied to SSJ, it's a good fight, but Paikuhan most likely wins.
If they're applied on the top of SSJ Grade 2, Vegeta stomps.
