I'm still behind all the Heroes stuff but based off what I've seen, Time Breaker Bardock takes this pretty easily. He was already tangling with SSJ4 Gogeta in base. SSJ3 puts him well over the edge.

Based on trailer feats, Base Bardock is enough to stomp Broly easily.

Time Breaker Bardock rivals with friggin' Gogeta in BASE. Give him SSj3, and I think this goes as well as Gohan-Boo vs. SSj Vegetto, with Broly being Boo and Bardock being Vegetto.
