From what we could see in the anime it was that rivaled against Goku SSJB Hit (Universal Tournament). Hit apparently it did not increase their power in combat, rather it looked like increased his leap in time.
For while Hit in the sleeve, initially it was less than Goku SSJG, then Hit increased to its maximum power, while Goku was transformed into SSJB. With that Goku SSJB achievement exceed the maximum power of Hit.
Therefore the power of Hit, as in the anime and the manga, is the same. The only possible difference is that in the picture Hit the jump can increase more over time.
