STREET FIGHTER CHUN-LI SHOULDN'T SHE BE FASTER?

I had a crazy thought the other day & I have an off the wall odd side question.
Okay StreetFighter has Chun-Li & one of her moves is the lightning kick.

My question is shouldn't Chun-Li have Super Speed ?

I mean she can kick really fast, she can spin in the air.
All from leg strength & Ki.

So shouldn't she be able to Kick & jump as hard & high as the Hulk & run as fast as the Flash lol.

Nah she just dislocates her knee and uses her leg as a whip.

She is probably a faster sprinter than real adults humans, but kicking super fast wouldn't have to mean having super powerful legs or a big jump height. Like punching fast doesn't mean you can push a lot of weight.

But that doesn't define all cases.
Just because the Flash can run fast doesn't mean he can't kick fast.
In the DragonBall Universe characters can do both, maybe Chun-Li hasn't tried focusing high speed kicks into running speed.
