That is what bother me. Piccolo mentioned Vegeta lost most of his power when he let 19 steal his energy and if 20 took him on instead of escaping, he would have easily beats him.

I probably going to lower 19 and sick Goku. Otherwise I would have to raise Piccolo if I am going to raise pre 20 to be >post 19 so him and post 20 aren't close together and he would be too close to Trunks. I like to have the 3 SSJs in their own tier and put Piccolo in his own tier.

Taking off the weights barely gave him a boost? I see how having the boost = to the one in the Saiyan Saga seems hard but at least try to give it a bit of credit considering he still bothers to take it off.

I was hesitates in raising Vegeta and by extension Trunks, Cell J's, and Piccolo because I didn't wants the two Saiyans to gain nearly the same gains they did in their first trip to the ROSAT. I guess I will lower warm up Cell and Goku.

1) Trunks shows no issues with Freeza coming at full power, Trunks should be greatly superior to Freeza' full power. You need to use the Future Saga to help you bridge the gap between Namek and the Trunks Saga.

Yardrat Goku > Ssj Trunks >= Ssj Gohan > Future 17 (Less than Half) > Cyborg Freeza

The general consensus is that Suppressed 17 should be stronger than Cyborg Freeza.


2) I think Trunks at 90% of Goku is a bit too close. Goku's power is so incredible it gives Trunks a little hope and he goes on about Goku a bit more than a 1.1x gap would suggest. Plus even if their sparring session wasn't at full power, it was at a tremendous disadvantage, you must take note of that.

3) I think you are bloating Semi Cell's power up too much. His power really flew up, but for him to nearly be doubling his power, imo, is too much.

4) You nerfed the gap between Perfect Cell (Fake Ki) > Semi Cell FP. Luckily, you have plenty of room because you bloated Semi's power up.

5) Gohan tells Goku that his USSJ 2 Power will definitely beat Cell. You need to make Goku's power more significantly superior.

6) Perfect Cell is tremendously more superior to Vegeta than you are suggesting. Cell > Vegeta by a larger margin than Gohan > Cell. This is a wide gap at least a 2x gap.

7) You most likely won't be able to get away with a 2x boot for Grade 3, I've tried it a million times. 2.5x - 3x is the sweet spot. It won't work with anything less.

That'd put him too weak compared to Cold. Gohan and Kuririn more or less grouped Cold and suppressed Mecha Freeza together as "stupendous chi" and they had the same speed reaction to Trunks' blast. I'd say having suppressed Mecha Freeza at 100 millions works better. If you have Namek Freeza as 140 millions then there's still a big difference between FP Freeza and suppressed Mecha Freeza.

A 90/100 boost is where I have it. I think unweighted Piccolo would manhandle his weighted self.

Well, I think that'd be the case if #16 had a lower opinion on Cell's power compared to Vegeta. Here is the opposite, with Vegeta thinking Cell didn't change as much and #16 thinking he did. The "you didn't change much" comment from Vegeta comes off to me as an exaggeration, seeing as Cell could provide him a good challenge even when warming up.

I'd have it even bigger, both for the tank feat (which was akin to Vegeta's tank vs #19) and for Vegeta still being > a Cell said to be >>> Semi Cell.

I'd advice raising it even more, maybe putting Perfect Cell (tooling Vegeta) at 10 billions. Then you could put 50% Goku and grade 3 Trunks both at 13 billions imo.

In your last list you had SSJ2 as a 3x multiplier. So do you have grade 3's multiplier >> SSJ2's?
