Don't even think SSJ3 Vegetto can win tbh. If Gohan's potential unlocked put him over a SSJ3 fusion despite him being weaker than Vegeta before he obtained the Zet Sword, Gotenks' hidden power unlocked would overcome a mere 8x increase from Vegetto's SSJ.
