So he has Vegetto's fighting ability, Raging Vegeta's power, Gotenks' weird abilities & Super Janemba's reality warping abilities, all enhanced by the invulnerable and infinite stamina of Boo.

SSJ3 Vegetto would be needed to consider the possibility of hurting Beerus. And none of these guys are remotely close. Only Super Janemba's abilities might make a difference, and even then only to live longer.

Well considering Beerus uses 10% to withstand Vegeta's Galick Gun . I put the blast at 2-3x multiplier. The Ghost Kamikaze attack will only work once since Beerus will be aware of it destruction power after being surprise attack. Janemba's reality warping abilities can be uses against him. As shown against Vegeta, Janemba disappear a second time, but Vegeta knew where he would reappear. Hirudegarn can disappear and reappear like Janemba, so not much help.

I give it to Beerus, with high diffculty.

Enraged SS2 Vegeta's the best out of the lot, and 10% Beerus still tanked his attacks. Hell, it could even be assumed Beerus lied to Vegeta about using 10%, considering he lied to Goku about using 100% and Goku did spectate the fight between Vegeta and Beerus.

Even if you were to replace SSJ Vegetto with SS3 Vegetto, it wouldn't make much of a difference in Beerus stomping Boo. Chocolate beam would be useless too, as it'd just be a repeat of Candy Vegetto VS Gohan Boo.

Beerus using 10% against Vegeta wasn't contradicted, but Beerus using 100% against Goku was directly contradicted later. Additionally, the gap between Vegeta Ssj2 Enraged (+ Vegetto) & Beerus might be able to close the gap enough that a repeat of the candy scenario wouldn't happen.

It would still be indirectly contradicted by Goku having spectated the fight as revealed at the end of the arc, thus he should've overheard that Beerus used 10% of his power. Having not used 100% against Goku, Goku should've realised things didn't add up if that genuinely was 10% of his power.

Not that it matters anyway, considering 10% Beerus was far enough above Vegeta to tank his attacks and tool him effortlessly after having powered up from an unknown percentage.

Goku couldn't of over-head Beerus stating that he used 10% of his power, he was trying to formulate a strategy and watching Beerus' movements. Therefore, he was studying what he saw and not thinking in hypotheticals. Beerus also says that he was 'forced' to use 10% of his power, which also means that the power Vegeta displayed forced him to power himself up against his will, lest he be killed.

Additionally, Beerus actually had a scrap with Vegeta, even at 10% of his power. Vegeta was able to gain the upper-hand without the Gallic Gun, take Beerus by surprise, bloody him, et cetera.

With the addition of Vegetto and all the hacked abilities, they might just pull it off.

You'd need SSJG Vegetto, but he'd beat even Whis.

In DB the general theme is that hax is ultimately circumvented when power gaps are too big regardless of the haxy nature. See Devilmite beam, Giran's unbreakable gum, General Blue's freezing, Kienzan, Instant Transmission, etc.

10% was enough to beat vegeta without much harm. Beerus wins IMO.
