Vegeta would have a considerable advantage over Kamiccolo here, similar to his advantage over Piccolo pre merge. That's a similar gap Kaioken x3 Goku had over Saiyan saga Vegeta. I don't know if Vegeta can sustain it for long enough to beat Piccolo or if it'd expire before he has the chance. It's all too relative. It could go either way, I guess.

So, if Piccolo is a 300 and doubles his power via Kami fusion and becomes a 600, he still can increase his power by 27% by taking his weights out, which should be more than enough to defeat Vegeta here imo.
