Super or Z pacing better?

Do you guys prefer the pacing in Z or Super more?

A lot of people seem to consider the pacing to be Super's strong point over Z, but personally the pacing and resultant lack of build up and tension has been one of the things that's put me off the most.

What are your thoughts?

The manga beats out the anime in both cases.

Super manga's pacing is too fast in a desperate attempt to catch up with the anime.
As a result, it feels more like an advertising brochure of the anime.

Super and GT have great pacing, Z has Vegeta, Frieza, and Cell.

Super in general feels like an advertising brochure of the DB franchise though. 2

I'd say Z wins. 5 minutes on Namek was bad, but nowhere near to the extent of 48 minutes at the ToP or a dozen episodes for a recruitment section.
