Good Boo > SS2 Goku/Vegeta > Super Perfect Cell. Cell is toast.

Boo performed better than SS2 Vegeta against Pure Boo. Unless we're also allowing Cell to get Zenkais from the more severe injuries, it's only a matter of time before he gets stomped.

Like Void said, Boo is stronger than Boo Arc duo SS2s who are said to be stronger than Gohan when he fought Cell.

Well, it's true that Good Boo is way stronger than SSJ2 Vegeta, but since he can't regenrate from Cell's attack, I'd argue that he could come out crippled by one of his attacks, as Kid Boo had half of his lower body blown up by SSJ2 Vegeta's attacks. Even though Boo may have the power to compete with high tier fighters, he is seemingly built in a way that his body can be affected by fighters with powers way weaker than his own. Unless we assume Kid Boo allowed Vegeta to blow out half of his body since he knew he could regenerate. In which case, with the knowledge that he couldn't regenerate, it's possible the Good Boo can avoid having his body destroyed by one of Cell's attack.

I have Good Boo 1.2x stronger than SSjin 2 Goku and Vegeta. Good Boo is the minority of Fact Boos power

Vegeta explicitly stated the Boos could deal damage to each other, so regeneration wasn't a major factor.

If Boo is so pissed at Cell then he'll finish it quickly but if he was his usual self then Cell will destroy Boo's body where Boo can't regenerate. So Cell wins.
