Can he win?

My gaps:
Super Goku 3 - 30.000
Baby Vegeta - 40.000
Super Vegetto - 50.000
Super Baby Vegeta 1 - 70.000
Super Baby Vegeta 2 - 140.000
SSj4 Goku - 360.000
Golen Great Ape Baby - 400.000

I say he manages to trump Super Baby Vegeta 2 after a nice lil fight, and then gets utterly stomped by SSj4 Goku, because of this:

Super Saiyan 2 - 1.5x SSj
Super Saiyan 3 - 2.5x SSj2

Super Vegetto 2 - 75.000
Super Vegetto 3 - 187.500

Make his SSj3 a little bigger and even so he is still at easy stomping range for Goku imo. So he stops at R2.

He stops at R4 IMO.

Gold Ape Baby >= SSJ 3 Vegetto >> SBV2 > SSJ 2 Vegetto > SBV1 > Super Vegetto

He puts up a good fight against Gold Oozaru Baby but will lose.

Yeah beats rounds 1 loses the rest.

 

[Spiral-Force]

He gets up to SSJ4 Goku (initial) and gets wrecked imo.
