Both of these warriors have potentially surpassed the God of Destructions. However, out of them two which reigns supreme?

Round 1: Ultra Instinct's time limit drain applies to Goku.

Round 2: Vegetto's on his time limit.

Round 3: Goku is affected by Ultra Instinct's time limit, and Vegetto is under the influence of the potara time limit too.

Round 4: Goku doesn't have a time limit, neither does Vegetto.

I guess this is the manga version then.

Round 1. Vegito wins if he do it quickly.
Round 2. Vegito will have a hard time and with the time against him so he loses.
Round 3. I think Potara's affect is greater than Potara so Goku wins IMO.
Round 3. Vegito probably wins.

Purely depends if it's their Manga or Anime selves. Anime-wise, Vegetto gets stomped in all matches. Manga-wise, they should be nearly equal, so whoever has the limitation loses and in the matches where both or neither have limitations, Goku likely wins due to superior reactions.
