As far as raw power goes, I'd say that Natt > SSJ Goku (BoGT) > SSJ Gotenks (post). Goku seemed to suggest that each of the Mega Cannon Sigma were stronger than Level 3 Lood, not just the main 3. However, I'd give the battle to Gotenks due to the Kamikaze Ghost Attack, unless we offer prep time for Natt.

It's heavily implied that: Natt > SSJ Goku (BoGT), and I have the latter stronger than SSJ Gotenks (post) by a substantial margin.

I don't think that Gotenks' Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack would save him from getting bodied here. Natt wins.
