Manga-wise, Gohan ought to wreck, given the current events with MSSB Galu. He ought to rival post-Rosat SSB Vegeta imo. Anime-wise, it'd be somewhat more even, seeing as how Gohan is likely rivalling or equal to Current SSB Goku/Vegeta who were still superior to Black outside of his Scythe and Clone shennanigans, though such would prove very problematic for Gohan in a 1 V 1 fight. Most likely, they'd allow Black to win.
