At least we know that Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo) is> = Goku SSJ4 (Initial).

My question is whether Super Vegetto is aware of his hypothetical power as SSJ3?

It’s pretty simple math really. There’s no reason why Vegetto wouldn’t have a grasp on his hypothetical SSJ3 power.

As for your initial assertion, we really don’t know that. The only text claiming such is purely speculative and leaves it open to interpretation. All that is said is that his power might surpass SSJ4.

It's difficult to determine. He should be able to estimate his power when considering Galu could estimate how strong SSJ Gotenks would be despite having yet to see him, though Vegetto was also surprised by the strength he'd been provided, so whether or not he'd be able to calculate perfectly is arguable. In any case, it wouldn't affect anything, since if you're trying to create a link between this and Baby Arc scaling, Baby wouldn't be able to access and feel what Vegetto felt, thus making anything beyond SSJ Vegetto a non-factor in his "greatest Saiyan power" statement.

As Supreme said, the evidence for SS3 Vegetto being on SS4 tier is fairly vague when it never points to a specific form (only showing Base Vegetto of all things), never specifies which SS4 it's referring to and its Chinese origin makes it dubious as to who gave permission to make the entry. It can be considered logical to assume this via scaling, though it shouldn't really be treat as definitive evidence.

So the most logical thing to assume Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo)> = Goku SSJ4 (Initial)?

It could also be Vegetto Base (Baby Arc)> Goku SSJ4 (FP)?

Potentially. Going with what feats are shown though, it's debatable though when considering the impressive feats of characters far below SS4 tier (eg. S17 Arc Base Goku's Multi-Galaxy feat of shaking Hell and Other World, compared to Toei Pure Boo's best feats still being Galaxy level).

Surely Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo) is also in Multi Galaxy level. With my numbers I can have:

Goku SSJ4 (FP) >> Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey = Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo)> = Goku SSJ4 (Intial) >>>>> Goku Base (Arc Super # 17) >> Kid Boo (Anime)> Vegetto SSJ (Boo) .
