Which versions of them? Their peak versions? composite selves? Or the Movie incarnations displayed in the pictures?

If it's the latter, Superman oneshots both. He was causing large scale damage to the planet in Man of Steel, wrecking a few cities, which superheroes in the MCU haven't shown the capability of doing.

Care to explain why? In the movie incarnations, Hulk was shown capable of surviving a collapsing building with no effect on him whatsoever, Superman from Man of Steel looked terrified that the building was collapsing and he had to get out of there.

Based on durability feats, Superman cannot hurt them.

There was likely a vast difference between Superman pre-Zod fight and during his fight with Zod, as the latter was punched through several skyscrapers whilst suffering no external injuries. He also flew through the World Engine whilst heavily weakened, a feat that's easily beyond City Block level. Thus far, MCU Thor and Hulk haven't shown themselves to be much higher than Large Building Level, so the only advantage they truly have over Supes is Thor being debatably faster than him when at full power, as well as Hulk having mid-tier regeneration.

Being punched through a building is far, far different than having a building fall on you. Thing of it like someone shoved me through a wall at some random house. I'll survive. Now drop the house on me, well... I'm probably dead.

Flying through the World Engine doesn't equate to a City Block feat, that's a speculation on your without any evidence that dictates so.
