Tenshinhan stomps. I don't think Goku is much, if any stronger than he was against Piccolo Daimao unless you believe he got a Zenkai but that's probably too small to make any difference.

Probably not, although I think there was an power increase implied after he got defeated by Tambourine. Who knows with Toriyama.
