Due to time travel shenanigans, Thanos encounters some heroes on Titan as he did in Infinity War. Whilst the versions of Iron Man and Dr. Strange from that time are present, there are a few more replacing the Guardians of the Galaxy. Those are:

Awakened Thor (Ragnarok)
Professor Hulk/Green Chad Banner
Scarlet Witch (Infinity War/Endgame)
Muh Feminism Binary mode Captain Marvel
Endgame Captain America

Thanos is the same as he was at this point in Infinity War, having all the stones apart from the time and mind stones. Strange's visions of the future have been made blurry by this change, so he won't willingly hand over the time stone to Thanos.

Can the team win?

Scenario 2: If they lose, have Ant-Man join in and attempt to perform the infamous anal strategy. :manabu

Quite frankly? This is a massacre. Most of them lost to Thanos with a single stone (Awakened Thor, Captain Marvel), if he used one at all (Hulk, Captain America). Scarlet Witch came the closest to beat Thanos in Endgame, but he didn't have any Stone at the time, and he can easily just use a forcefield to protect himself from her powers like he did in Infinity War. Even with all of them at the same time, Thanos has now Reality Stone, Space Stone, Power Stone and Spirit Stone on his side.

It says something that even with Doctor Strange (who held his own against Thanos better than everyone else) and Mantis (who could put Ego, a living planet, to sleep temporarily) on their side, they only one in one timeline out of millions.

Considering how well of a fight Iron Man was able to put up and ultimately win in Endgame with the assistance of Scarlet Witch and Captain Marvel whilst Thanos had access to a full Infinity Gauntlet before ultimately disarming it, wouldn't you say there's a good chance of them removing it in this scenario?

It's also worth noting that Professor Hulk is likely significantly stronger than his post-Sakaar self, as if taking his claim as fact, he was the strongest person at the Avengers HQ prior to his snap, including a version of Thor still able to put up as decent a fight against Thanos as Iron Man's best suit was, so he'll be decent support. Thanos doesn't tend to use the stones that tactically either half the time, considering he didn't just spam the reality stone throughout any of his serious battles in Infinity War.
